Not a good experience
She did not have our best interest in mind. I believe she lied by omission when it came to knowledge she had about homeowners insurance. The home inspector she raved about was awful as well. He missed a roof leak and a completely rotted out sub floor and wet drywall. Never let an agent represent the buyer and the seller. Lesson learned on our part. We should’ve had our own realtor.

I always have all parties best interest at heart I have never lied about homeowners insurance I advise Buyers to check flood insurance since we live in an AE zone I would have no idea what your homeowners would be, in this case it was the buyers lender who had worked with previous prospects and the reason for not continuing was the cost of flood insurance. I relayed this to my buyers that is all. Home inspectors are hired by the buyer you have many choices for a home inspector also there are choices and what is to be inspected and the cost for different inspections on a home this age a structural inspection or more debt in-depth inspections were called for. I have represented many buyers and sellers with no issues. I wish the best to buyers in their new home.
