Throughout the entire process Yvonne answered our calls immediately, guided us through the buying and selling procedure. This was quite the process to manage because we were in Florida for only a few weeks and then headed home to Massachusetts. Yvonne guided us through the buying process, listed and showed our condo in Bonita Springs, coordinated showings with our renters, recommended companies for home inspection, secured the name of a handyman to make a repair at the condo, and a multitude of other tasks to smooth the way of our purchase of our home and the sale of our condo. She also helped us with applying to our condo association, finding a mortgage company, and Title Company. If I could give a 10 or 100 I would! I have participated in 16 real estate transactions in my life and the level of service and attention to our needs during the purchase of our home in Cedar Creek was the best I’ve ever experienced. Nanette went above and beyond the call of duty numerous times. As a part year resident, we remotely completed this purchase and Nanette was our eyes and ears locally to make sure everything went smoothly (inspections, contractor bidding, etc). Nanette also was the listing agent for the sale of our condo in Rapallo. She provided valuable input into things for us to do to properly stage our property. She had only one open house which resulted in 6 offers , all well over asking price. We accepted one of the contracts the next day and closed the sale in less than a month. I met Scott Hansen a couple of years ago while at an open house in Naples FL. He was very knowledgeable about how to market homes in the area. My mother was so impressed that she hired him to sell her house on Marco Island FL. Her house sold within 2 months. I was interested in asking Scott to sell my home in Cape Coral FL, but was concerned since my sales price would be a lot less than Naples or Marco Island. Scott gave my home the same quality attention as the more expensive homes. He staged my home, hired a professional photographer and held open houses every week.
