I met Scott Hansen a couple of years ago while at an open house in Naples FL. He was very knowledgeable about how to market homes in the area. My mother was so impressed that she hired him to sell her house on Marco Island FL. Her house sold within 2 months. I was interested in asking Scott to sell my home in Cape Coral FL, but was concerned since my sales price would be a lot less than Naples or Marco Island. Scott gave my home the same quality attention as the more expensive homes. He staged my home, hired a professional photographer and held open houses every week.
