Helped us find an investment property in the area we wanted at the price point we were targeting very quickly. Was a great advisor in navigating how to approach a pretty extensive list of repairs that we turned up during due diligence and was also a big help in navigating a minor hiccup from the lender. Connor Martin was the most patient and concerning agent we have ever had. He went way above any realtor that is out there. Now we have sold our house and purchased our new house in a blink of a eye.
