The Currey Group are truly exceptional. It has been a pleasure to work with this professional, hard-working, and honest team. Tamara and Todd met with us to give a presentation on their strategies to sell our house quickly and at a fair price. It was obvious they had done their homework. The advertising and staging were very impressive and the house went under contract within 2 weeks. It was the most stress-free closing I have ever gone through. They even helped with the move, supplying packing materials and making trips to the donation center. Amazing service!!! The purchase of the new home was also a fantastic experience. It took several months to find a place to call home. The Currey team was always available to show houses and immediately responded to any questions or concerns we had. Throughout the process, Tamara and Todd urged us to be patient until the "right" home came along and finally it did. The negotiation phase went equally well. The team's communication skills, market analysis research, and respect for all parties involved, assured a successful closure. I highly recommend the Currey Group without reservations. Frankly I don't much like real estate agents. The system is that you place your desires for your future living environment in the hands of a sales commission person. BUT after trying three or four agents I found Angie. She is not only one who will patiently listen to what is most important to you but will intuitively make it all happen. And I mean make it happen, from first showing to closing.
