We couldn’t have done this without Jennifer!
We were selling our first house in Palm Harbor, that we had lived in for 23 years before moving two hours northeast to Ocala, FL. Trying to coordinate all of the milestones necessary to sell a house from two hours away isn’t easy. Jennifer though, made it happen. Jennifer stayed on top of all the little and big projects required to get top dollar for our house. Through the entire process, Jennifer was a beacon of calm and positivity, and handled everything with true professionalism and stellar customer service. Very smooth transaction Being from out of state all went well
Amy was very efficient and quick to respond to all interactions needed to purchase a new condo. Being from out of town makes it difficult. Things went smooth and I continue to keep in touch for her to assist us in renting our unit

Thorough and Patient
We had been looking for a home for over a year. Carolyn was abundantly patient while we searched for the right home. In that time we wrote 4 offers and saw probably 10 times that many homes. Carolyn was very thorough with the paperwork and the thoughtfulness in writing the contracts. Chris compliments Carolyn well as he can really dig into mechanical and structural questions also with much attention to detail. In the end, we found a wonderful place and they helped us sell our home. We were under contract within a week of listing it! They are definitely a great team.

Amazing Realtor
