I was so nervous purchasing my first home as a single mom, but Jody made the process so easy and stress free. I looked at a dozen homes before I found the ONE. Jody is a no-nonsense experienced realtor who guided us through the sale of our deceased father's home from August thru December of 2020. Like many homes sold after the death of the owners, ours was full of surprises. Not a problem for Jody--it never broke her stride. Her contacts and advice helped us get the property looking its best before going on the market. She helped us ride out the inevitable repairs often required in such situations, including a complete and complex roof replacement which was finished the day before closing! Jody kept the project on schedule and managed contractors remotely when we were unable to supervise. She helped to enable us to clear out the house, schedule a COVID-safe online estate sale, and close safely and remotely. This was necessary because a month before closing, a COVID case in our family made our presence inadvisable. All throughout, I could count on Jody to keep in touch, give it to me straight, help me understand the market, negotiate in my best interests but fairly, and keep me laughing with her great sense of humor. A tough emotional time was made easier because she was involved. I highly recommend her.
