Ashley knows multifamily inside and out.

Ashley Chaia did a fantastic job handling the sale of my multifamily property located at 100 Saybrook. Ashley had her hands full as one of the tenants was put in a conservatorship and we had to deal with probate court. Despite all of this she was still able to get me an above ask offer. Solid professional

I worked with Ashley to get a property ready for sale, and then list it. I can’t say enough good about her professionalism, response times, access to other professionals, positive attitude, and overall just being great to work with. A breath of fresh air

I reached out to Ashley as I noticed she was in my FB group for help in selling a nightmare of a property. This was a 6 unit building in one of the worst neighborhoods of Hartford. To add fuel to the fire, I had one of the worst property managers stealing from and costing me thousands of dollars in lost revenue. Bad tenants, empty apartments sitting for months on end, forcing me to pay the mortgage out of my own pocket. Ashley gave me hope and reassured me everything would work out fine. After a grueling 5 months, the building finally got sold with Ashley's help, despite the property manager being uncooperative and ignoring my attorney's emails. Ashley's professionalism gave me the confidence to move forward. She was always there for me and made a huge effort in helping out whenever she could, even going in person to the building on my behalf because I was unable to do so given the long distance I live. I highly recommend Ashley. She has an expertise that will give you hope in the most dire of situations. If a building like mine in one of the worst neighborhoods in the city can be sold successfully by Ashley, she can sell anything!
