•I cannot adequately describe how my view of the entire home selling process has changed for the positive, way above what I thought possible, as a result of the guidance from my agent and friend, Lane Jones. Lane made suggestions (prior to listing) to fix certain things and leave others "as-is". To stage certain rooms by removing some pieces of furniture and re-arranging others. From his years of experience and his cadre of experts, he shard the names of reliable handy-men, wood replacement experts, home cleaners, photographers etc...which saved us time and money. He directed his photographer to take some shots during the day and some at night, resulting in a beautifully detailed, colored brochure for potential buyers. For the website he called-in his videographer who's drone provided shots from above the property, making the house appear larger than life as it zoomed in and out and around the property's perimeter. He set us up with an outstanding mortgage broker and closing attorney and coordinated a timeline to move things along without a hitch (I can't imagine showing up at closing only to be told that something is missing and will cause a delay). Lane helped us choose the best possible listing date to attract the most serious buyers, positioning for a sale before the beginning of the new school year. 2 days prior to our listing he set up an online "Coming Soon" notification, for "real-estate brokers" only. Lane's years of experience matter. He responded to many late night texts as my wife and I lay in bed questioning and wondering about all of the questions you don't contemplate until you're going through it. He truly provided a sense of peace during one of life's most stressful experiences. All of this led to a "Full Price" offer without the hassles of negotiations and open houses and viewings. He even negotiated a closing date 6 weeks out, so that we could take our time packing, moving and sorting through 20 years of accumulation. Lane, we are grateful.
