What can we say about Michele & her team but WOW!! Just WOW! We started the journey to buy our dream home on the coast of Florida over 2 years ago and that's how we met Michele. I was reluctant to ask her to show us houses knowing we would not be ready for at least 2 years and did not want to waster her time, but she treated us like we were her only clients from our first meeting. For over 2 years she would send us houses and even go and look at them for us as we were in NY. When the time came to make an offer, she was incredible. Even in this red hot market we were able to buy at $300K below asking! (unheard of in 2021) We are real estate investors so this was not our first rodeo. Actually we have done hundreds of deals and worked with hundreds of agents so when we say she was great... it should mean something! We have a perspective most don't. She was terrific during negotiations, and more importantly though the entire process of buying our dream home. Closing week and closing day was a total mess because of our lender, but Michele stayed cool and calm (not so true for us!) She was the voice of reason and stayed by our side until it was done and beyond. She even parked us outside the title company office so when the docs were in we would not miss our chance to close that day! (Which happened after 5:00) and she even had celebratory drinks ready to roll! :-) Brilliant plan by Michele or the closing would not have happened that day and would have caused a total mess for all of us, but her smart thinking under pressure made it happen. We feel like we did not just find and agent, we made a new friend and will be forever grateful to Michele and for her help in buying our dream home.
