Excellent experience with Polina! She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes were available, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Polina made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. I've recommended Polina to everyone I know. She's a true professional and a genuinely nice lady. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell or buy your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

It took me and my wife 4 long months to close on our home, but Gregory never gave up. He hung in there with us and was willing to do whatever necessary to help us get into our home. After dealing with a lot of up and downs throughout the process, we were able to close.
