Selling the house at 2214 LiveOak Circle was not easy for me emotionally because it was my parents home. I decided to list the home with a realtor in hopes for a quick sale. Susan was always available for any of our questions or thoughts. Susan was very patient when we might have seemed anxious about something. She new the real estate market and listed our home to get the price she thought was fair. Our home was listed on all web sites and had a lot of traffic. We were able to sell our home for full asking price and got top dollar. Susan is a very good person and very professional. This makes the second home she has sold for us and we have been very pleased each time.
