Just bought a home very helpful and she made the whole experience easy. She knew the history on the home and of the community and was alway available to answer any questions we had in a timely manner

Katy advertised that she is a relocation specialist. I was an out of state buyer and she did not have my back. I had 3 major and expensive issues that she did not tell me about and later lied about. In the video final walk trough she said I would not have to have the house cleaned that the sellers had even cleaned the carpets and they were still wet. When I arrived in Duncan 8 days later the carpets were still wet , molded and smelled awful. Katy later lied and said she never said that. I expected her to be my eyes and ears as I was out of state. The windows on the property were completely shot with pieces of paper and cardboard holding them in place. I have never had such a horrible experience in the 10 houses I have bought and sold in my lifetime. This experience has saddened me and soured my experience in Duncan as well as caused me not to trust 2 real estate firms and Duncan and my own realtor and sellers realtor. Two huge thumbs down for my experience with Katy Iverson. Unfortunately there was not an option to choose 0 stars.
