It didn't take her long to sell the house. She recommended a few things like getting a home inspector, which was a very good idea. I ended up fixing issues that could have interfered with the sale. The first and only open house generate offers. We accepted an offer for the asking price. Monica kept us informed through the whole process. Because of the home inspection we got, the buyer's home inspection only found a couple of minor items that were easily and quickly resolved.Overall the process was easy. I had a few questions which she answered promptly. I would use her again if I still lived in that area.
