She did the homework for my local market and was able to provide her insight for a buying and listing price based on her experience and market conditions. This is was an experience out of a diary. Only something one should and would wish for. Margarita is the best realtor I have ever had an encounter with and I have had many encounters. She makes you feel like a friend in an instant and encourages and educates her clients. This woman knows real estate. It’s just a bonus that her accent is so pretty that you could listen to her speak for hours. She took her time with my husband and I and made sure we were comfortable with everything before she did anything on her behalf. She advocated for us and truly has a heart of gold. I will never work with another agent. She had my business and heart for a lifetime.

Margarita posses a high professionalism skill. Her knowledge and great experience in real estate are valuable. Her advice and suggestions were key for the sale of our house. She was super quick on the process of listing our property, within a couple days she had professional pictures, had the paperwork needed done in time and we had the first open house in a few days since we list the property. Everything was very professional, pictures, sale signs, her organization on the open house, etc. She projects herself as a confident and very secure in every aspect of the sale of the house. Margarita made us feel we were the only customer she has even though we knew she was working with other customers. She was always on top of every detail, doing her due diligence with the buyers, brokers, etc. She gave the extra mile to help us achieve our goal selling our property. We highly recommend her to everyone but specially family and friend if the want to have a smooth process and great professional services. We are very grateful and blessed to have her as our realtor.
