My favorite thing about this agent (and her partner) was the friendly and casual but professional feel they offered. They kept the communication minimal in the beginning (as we requested) while we were browsing. They checked in on us from time to time when they saw a few homes we had looked closely at but never too often. Once it became time for us to start looking they were very responsive and setting up appointments to view was a breeze on our end. We would find a few homes and send our expressed interest to view and have an appointment set up usually within 2 hours. We had a few sad times when we lost houses we really liked but it was for the good because we ended up with the perfect house with every feature we wanted (somehow)! She and her partner Mark became friends and had our back through the closing process, and even after they were finished with us they checked in and made sure the listing agent removed their left behind belongings. With them on our side, buying this home (first time home buyers) was not a complicated or stressful process at all.

This is the second time we use Lisa and Mark. The first time, about 4 years ago when we moved to Winter Garden from Virginia and bought our first house. So needless to say, that we love them! They sold our house within a month and helped us buy our new house. As always communication was amazing. We can tell that they had our interest at heart.
