Her work contributed to us accepting an offer after 16 days. She ensured that both us and the buyers stayed focused to closing on time. Lisa went above and beyond is helping us find our new home. We have bought and sold a number of properties over the years. Ferris is one of the most outstanding agents we have dealt with. He was quickly responsive to every call, text or email. He listened to what we were looking for and helped us identify and purchase the perfect solution for us. He ensured that we had constant information on properties we were interested in, steered us clear of some properties that would have been totally wrong for us, and when we finally made a purchase Ferris was there with the home inspector when we couldn't be, he negotiated some of the repairs for us, and he made sure that all the parts kept moving, paperwork and documents got completed and that we closed on time. When we couldn't be there for the final signing Ferris made sure that was covered for us and ensured we were informed when it was done and that we received all the paperwork.
