From the moment I met Marisa she was knowledgeable and professional. Marisa guided me through the process of what was needed to sell my father's house quickly and efficiently! She was proactive with her outreach and anticipated any question that i may have had. I'm not from the Florida area and i needed referrals for various work that needed to be completed at my Father's house. Each referral was just like Marisa, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Marisa to anyone in the area that is looking to buy or sell a home.

Marisa helped with every aspect of the sale, which was vital as I was 1200 miles away most of the time. She made a lot of phone calls and arranged for repair and cleaning help that I could not have found on my own. Her suggested listing price was spot on and the property closed within her original estimated time. This was a flawless transaction.
