Consummate professional with superior skills in all aspects of the real estate process. We have sold land, rental property and personal residences with Marisa , and she stands alone amongst her peers. Marisa provides a level of professional overview unmatched by all other agents we have contracted. It all starts with the market assessment, condition, price, buyer pool and relentless focus on driving the transaction through close. My wife and I have resided in several states, sold more than 10 personal homes, multiple rental properties and vacant land - there is no better partner than Marisa. We have committed to Marisa that she will always be our agent of choice in future real estate opportunities - we won't settle for anyone else!
