It was actually my very first time looking at houses with a realtor. & I fell in love with the second house. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Paul was patient with me, listening to all of my concerns, non-negotiables, and compromises. He even brought me down to reality with how the housing market was doing at the moment. He guided me every step of the way! I put an offer on the house July 20th and closed exactly a month later on August 20, 2026! Thank you, Paul for all that you do! I first learned about Paul via word-of-mouth channels, and I did my own research on the him and the company prior to making contact. The initial dialogue with him only confirmed what I suspected: Paul is authentic, kind, passionate, attentive, an active listener, and a consummate business professional. Him and the PRA and Company team always replied promptly to my communications, took the time to understand my unique needs, made pertinent recommendations, and scheduled showings in a timely manner. The entire process, from our initial conversation to closing, was smooth and free of stress. I could not imagine a better pairing for the buying (or selling) process.
