•We had the pleasure of working with Susan Carleton, after doing research on our own, and asking neighbors. Susan’s name kept coming up. We knew after meeting her, she was right for our family. Susan is extremely knowledgeable of the market, has years of experience and is a top producer. She absolutely knows what she’s doing. Susan has a fantastic photographer that she uses for her listings and all pictures and drone images looked great. Good photos are so important when listing your home. We ended up going under contract the first day of being in the MLS. Closing was a breeze. The whole process was handled with such professionalism start to finish. I can’t recommend Susan enough. She is a gem in northwest Florida. If you’re ready to take the next step towards listing your home, it can be a bit stressful. Select an experienced realtor who loves their job, is confident, knowledgeable, answers your questions and will get it done. It makes all the difference.
