Taylor has proven to be a top notch agent. She is young but extremely resourceful. She can answer almost any question and was always immediately responsive to our texts and emails. She went above and beyond what our expectations. She interceded and negotiated on our behalf with Lender, Title Co, Sellers Agent, Insurance etc. We have used her twice in the last 18 months and would use her again without question. She knows the Pinellas county area well, neighborhoods, streets, etc. Would recommend her to anyone selling or buying in the area.

Taylor was great! We looked at a ton of homes, for many months, and she never missed a beat. I know how taxing the home search can be, but she was always available to help and was very timely in her communication and response time with us and with other agents. That is huge when houses can go in a matter of hours! She was extremely knowledgeable in the home buying process, but if she wasn’t 100% sure about something, she would let us know that and find out for us. I would definitely recommend her and would use her again and again and again!

Throughout the process of both selling our home and searching for a new home, Taylor made us feel like she was our personal assistant. Having a personal assistant for the home buying and selling process really takes out unnecessary stress. In a market where new listings in our price range were being bought up within a day or two of listing, Taylor made sure we saw every house we were interested in. Taylor also made sure we received the market value of our home we sold. She listed our home higher than I thought what we could get and then we ended up getting multiple offers above asking price within 2 days of listing. I feel she listened to what we were hoping to sell the home for and also priced it to move quickly which was important to us. She will listen and work for you!
