•Initially, we were not on a strict timeline, but Jaime made everything so easy that we were able to move extremely fast anyway! We found our new dream home in our 2nd day of touring homes. That process was fast and efficient. Jaime handled worked with our lender on a Saturday evening to move as quickly as possible to make sure our offer would be competitive and timely. Our current home sold within 4 days of hitting the market with 4 competing offers, selling above asking price. He hosted 2 extremely successful open houses the first weekend our house hit the market. He was helpful with staging and hired a wonderful professional photogrpaher at his cost. We were able to close on both homes in the same week. It couldn't have been a smoother process. We highly recommend Jaime!
