Crystal was great. Our search began in earnest 1-2 years ago. After listening to Us describe what we want and what we could afford, She began a search and we looked at properties for months and months. Particularly difficult with the market instability caused by Covid. Eventually, the perfect property at the right price surfaced. Crystal moved quickly and the entire process from seeing the property to closing took just over 30 days. We’re enjoying our vacation home now and thankful we partnered with Crystal.

First I had a meeting with Adam where he meticulously measured each room to make sure the buyers received accurate information. Several days later I met with Crystal and Adam to talk about suggested listing options & take photos. Once that was settled we The listing will begin the following weekend. Once the showings were over and closed by Monday noon we met again on Tuesday. They had the offers in hand with all closing cost attached. They were totally calm and professional and the whole listing went seamlessly.
