It’s all about experience. Adam Eisen obtained his Florida Real Estate License in 1986 fresh out of Rollins College. Crystal Eisen has been licensed since 2003. Together they have a combined 47+ years of real estate sales with literally thousands of transactions under their belts. The more experience, the better! Adam started his career as Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker in Winter Park and also has worked as the General Manager for the Miami based Keyes Real Estate firm, in charge of the office in Winter Park. In addition, Adam worked at Home Rebate Realty before becoming a Partner at Platinum Realty Group Florida. Adam was consistently one of, if not the top producer of whatever company he worked for. Crystal started her real estate sales career in the new home construction marketplace. She started her career working for KB homes (in a tent, on an open field, to be built on), and continued on with other builders such as Engle & MI Homes. She also had a stint as a Senior Sales Advisor at the 55+ community of The Plantation of Leesburg until the project was completed. She too like Adam, was one of, if not the top producer at the communities where she was assigned. After 8 years in the new home construction industry, Crystal transitioned into general real estate with Platinum Realty Group Florida where she is the Owner and Qualifying Broker of Record. As a team, Adam & Crystal possess different strengths that they bring to the table which equals better representation for the clients. Knowledgeable in home selling and purchasing.

The Absolute Best Choice

Crystal Eisen, thank you so much for being the absolute best choice we could have made for a Realtor to help our young daughter shop for and purchase her first home. While we (her parents) live out of state, during the frenzy of "the covid real estate market," it was even more important that you are a life long Orlando resident. Your knowledge of the Orlando area, your connections and your real estate competence were imperative to finding the correct areas for her to view properties within her budget and also for sealing the deal. Previous to you, our daughter had been working with another agent who was not a life long local, but also did not have the connections, nor the understanding of the current market to seal the deal and unfortunately a lot of time was squandered looking at unsuitable properties and offers on suitable properties either missed the deadline or were not in sync with expectations to succeed in this market. Unfortunately a lot of time was wasted as prices and interest rates continued to rise, while offers needed to be immediate and much more aggressive to succeed. Fortunately, within one week of switching to your agency you had found the ideal location and property for our daughter and you used your skills and connections to quickly submit a very aggressive offer to seal the deal! Your real estate expertise is outstandingly impressive! Additionally, your skills with teaching first time home buyers about the process and what to look for in a property are excellent!
