We wanted to sell our Downers Grove home with a qualified realtor who knew the area completely so we turned to The Glover Team. Sabrina Glover met with us at our home and we formulated a plan of action. She suggested utilizing Private Market to gain insight via realtor feedback, into our marketing decisions prior to listing on the MLS. We felt that was a great game plan and agreed. During the private listing process, we had so much feedback on our home that it was clear our decisions were spot-on and we could safely proceed as planned.
