We wanted to sell our Downers Grove home with a qualified realtor who knew the area completely so we

We wanted to sell our Downers Grove home with a qualified realtor who knew the area completely so we turned to The Glover Team. Sabrina Glover met with us at our home and we formulated a plan of action. She suggested utilizing Private Market to gain insight via realtor feedback, into our marketing decisions prior to listing on the MLS. We felt that was a great game plan and agreed. During the private listing process, we had so much feedback on our home that it was clear our decisions were spot-on and we could safely proceed as planned. What we did not expect was encountering multiple offers and subsequently going under contract for above our asking price BEFORE ever going onto the MLS. Sabrina and the team then supported the sales process after the offer and through the closing. Finding and trusing The Glover Team was the best decision we made when it came to selling our home.
