Professional and Really Nice

From day one Summer was on point. She was highly communicative and responsive to our needs and questions. We had to come some distance and were primarily available only on weekends yet Summer always made time for us. She knows the region well which was extremely helpful. When under contract she assisted connecting us with home inspectors, pest inspectors, contractors and engineers, and advocated for us, which helped us with the time and information needed to make the right decision. She a true professional, a really nice person.
