Christina went out of her way to help us find the perfect home for us. Even though we were looking outside of her normal area she went above and beyond meeting our needs. We looked at a numbers of places and she was more than accommodating on making sure we were not rushed into making a choice. She answered all of our questions and made herself available to make sure we understood the process and were comfortable with it. Once we found the right home she followed through to the end and afterwards to help with any and all questions and needs we had. The process was smooth and completed on the timeline she said it would. If I ever need to purchase another home she will be the person I call. I have already recommended her to a colleague.

We made the right choice when we asked Christina King to help us sell our home. We had decided to re-locate to another city. We were about an hour away from the house we were selling, complicating the process. At first, we considered using one of the web based platforms. Christina investigated that option for us and explained what we could expect if we went that way. After deciding to list with her, she efficiently compiled information on comparable properties and helped us to settle on an asking price. She was very sensitive to our desire to sell our home quickly. Christina had the home professionally staged and wrote a thorough description of the property. She included features of the house that we would not have thought to mention even after living there more than twenty four years. On the day that the listing went live there were showings almost immediately and we had a solid offer before the day was over. We were on our “perfect home” hunt after 20 years at our current residence. Christina helped us along that journey with her enthusiasm and willingness to find just that right house. She guided us to communities that we were not even aware of and picked the prefect house for us to view each time. She responded to questions or concerns promptly. Each time she listened to what we did or didn’t like and used that knowledge to guide us to our new purchase. The experience was more than we could have asked for. After our home sold... It was over in 7 days!! We made a last-minute decision to put our existing home up for sale days before our move to our new home. Christina pulled together an open house the Saturday before Thanksgiving, one day after the listing. We had 14 couples come to the open house and by Wednesday the showings started. On Friday, still sluggish from turkey dinner we had a solid offer. We accepted it that day! Christina’s willingness to take on the last-minute decision and go with the sale was amazing. From the home photos to the flyers, all was top quality. The information she provided to assist us in coming to market with the asking price was thorough. Honest, kind and organized best describes her style!

Melissa is an amazing agent! She's friendly and responds quickly to emails. She was very considerate of our schedules from beginning to end. My fiancé and my primary language is American Sign Language (ASL) and it was EXTREMELY helpful to have a realtor that knows sign!

As first time home buyers there were many parts of the process that we were unfamiliar with, but Christina was able to explain and walk us through each part of the process-even parts of the process that she would not personally be involved with. Christina was always very accommodating of our schedules and was willing to drive all over town to meet us wherever was most convenient for us. Overall, we feel Christina went above and beyond in her commitment to assisting us with the home buying experience. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell.
