Chassy & Ron's adjustment to our travel schedules helped to make this a workable process.

The Dual Agent structure was a bit awkward on occasion, although we never felt it was a disadvantage to us. The initail virtual Internet tour was an excellent way to start the process and was sufficient for us to make an offer right way. There were still many trips back and forth from Louisiana, although this seemed to be more of a burden for the Seller. Without the online Internet support, this transaction probably would not have happeded.
