•Bryan was very professional, in dealing with not only me but the sellers as well. Having bought and sold a handful of properties before, this particular purchase faced us with sellers that operated unconventionally. There were difficulties that Bryan was able to overcome with ease. So that at the end of the sale both side got what they were hoping for.
We bought our home through Pink realty in 2018. 8 years later we sold our home through Pink realty as well. Both the purchase and the sale of our home were quick and easy. When we listed the house, we had a request to view in about an hour after posting. The house was shown the next afternoon. Four hours later we had a full asking price offer. The asking price was at market in our area. At closing, Pink was flexible and worked around a very tight schedule as I had to relocate for work. In a tight market, this experience was unbelievable. Pink has great staff and works hard for clients. I couldn’t be happier with our experience both buying and selling.
