I've used Temme's services several times over the years. She found me my very first house over ten years ago and made the entire process as simple as possible. When I sought to move into a newer home years later, I contacted Temme once again. As expected, the experience was a pleasant one. A year ago, I found myself putting both of those houses on the market, one as a traditional sale and the other a short sale. Temme handled both processes wonderfully. Even in the difficult housing market, she was able to sell the houses within a reasonable amount of time and get me a fair price. There are no words to describe the amazing job that Temme Peterson did to sell my house. I went through a lot of trouble to get my home sold through a short sale. At first i hired a real estate agent that did not have enough experience in short sale. I wish i would have hired Temme from the beginning of my short sale process and i know this would have been sold faster. Temme was very patient with me as well as guiding and communicating with me along this difficult short sale process. I know for a fact that only Temme Peterson could have helped me in getting this house sold and no one else. Temme has incredible knowledge, she is honest, ethical, and she knows what she is doing. Extremely professional! What i most liked about Temme Peterson is that she was not focused on the commission she was going to earn. Temme was focused on helping me. She knew my difficult situation, she was very understanding, and her goal was to help me get this house sold the way i wanted it to be sold. If it would have been another real estate agent, they would have quit on me, they would have ignored me, they would have told me that it would not be possible with everything that was going on in my life.
