She is very knowledgeable regarding laws, timelines, some legal issues, you name it and if she doesn't know she will get back to you with an answer, guaranteed. Temme kept me abreast of what was going on, she gave me different point of views, we discussed it and then I made a decision. She is always pleasant, caring and I could feel her smiling thru the phone. I recommend her very highly, and you will be lucky to have her, cause she always has your back. The market was not as good as we thought going into selling. Temme did a great job of communicating this and backed it up with facts based upon comparable sales. This helped guide us to set a price that would attract interested buyers. Temme reinforced the fact that she was working for us and that said she respected our decisions on the negotiation of offers in the selling process. Best of all Temme was readily available and tended to over rather than under communicate. We really appreciated her expertise guiding us through the entire selling process.
