Cheryl is professional and very knowledgeable . She understands her market.

Cheryl is very professional but above all she has excellent knowledge on the area, what is going on in the marketplace and is very realistic on giving you the proper guidance to price appropriately and sell your unit for its value. She will not tell you to sell at higher price just to please but will tell you what she believes the market will bear.
