Eliza is very professional, pleasant, respectful and boasts extraordinary ethics. Her task was difficult in that it was a dual agency. She also knew I had 40 years experience as a commercial broker in NY which, I'm sure, added more pressure on her ability to perform. Never once did I feel she was not there for me. She was able to balance her long-term relationship with the seller and her new customer - us. Plus there were numerous obstacles throughout the entire transaction process which had to be resolved and she did it like a pro while being calm and level headed throughout!
