We sold our house and needed to close on a new home in 5 weeks. Jeff found us different options, we picked a couple we liked. Jeff went above and beyond normal realestate agent assistance. Jeff did zoom tours of the houses that we were interested in. There were a few bumps, but Jeff helped us close 3 days before the closing on our previous home. Jeff was awesome to work with. He did virtual walk-throughs with us. When we couldn’t get house insurance due to problems with the roof, Jeff was able to find a roofer at a reasonable price and work out a deal with the seller. At times, when stressed I can be quite difficult to deal with. Jeff remained calm and composed during all of my tantrums and was always professional. The rules for buying property in Florida differed greatly from other states where we have lived and most of my frustration was due to this and the fact that everything had to be done electronically. Overall, we are happy in our new home.

Jeff get-it-done attitude combined with his many years of experience really saved the day for us when buying our home. There were many last minute, unexpected issues that arose with our inspections and the seller, and Jeff made sure to be on the scene, keep us informed, and personally validate things were getting done. He even drove out to see the new drain field get installed and ensure it was put where we had requested. We must have had nearly a dozen issues pop up and he made sure to get the seller, loaner, and us to do ours parts to ensure we closed on time. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
