Long͏ distance purchase went well... Jeff͏ was always polite & got back to us promptly numerous times whether by phone, text, email, etc. The phone video walk thru was a lil jittery, but that was the phone signal, not his fault. He seemed well versed in the paperwork and being able to have us sign everything from 1500 miles away.
