Marc was so helpful to us in acquiring our new home in Springfield, VA. We were coming across the country to the DC area and he accommodated our schedules to see houses. He even helped us out by providing Facetime house tours when we could no longer be in person to visit homes. He had a great inspector to evaluate the homes we made offers on and we felt good about his expertise as well. Marc never pressured us to purchase any home and he even helped us get out of one contract that we did not feel comfortable completing. We feel fortunate to have found him and would highly recommend him to others as a knowledge, considerate and well connected realtor.

My fiance and I had a wonderful time working with Piard Home Experts on buying a home. We were first time buyers so we met with Marc and Coco for a free first time home buyers presentation which was easy to understand and very informative. It gave us a good sense for what was to come later. Immediately after we were pre-qualified for a loan, Marc was willing to go with us to view various homes. In all, Marc probably toured 20 homes with us, and did a great job of coordinating days where we would go see several at a time. We didn't see many that we were enthusiastic about, but Marc never complained and never rushed us. He provided great advice on what to look for when touring homes and made good suggestions for places that would meet our criteria. In fact, during the first time buyers presentation, Marc and Coco listened very intently to what kind of home we desired and catered to those wishes. Once we found the home we were looking for, Marc worked quickly to get our offer in and then help get all of our documentation in order to go under contract. All in all, we had a great experience working with Piard Home Experts. They show a great deal of care and attention to each client and respond with compassion to frustrations and concerns. They also use technology to their advantage and made every step of our homebuying process convenient. We felt we were in good hands the whole time. In short, Marc is simply amazing! He exceeded all my expectations for a real estate agent. I’m a first time homebuyer, however, I worked with 2 agents in 2021 in multiple failed attempts to purchase a house. It took 20 days working with Marc from our initial conversation to a ratified sales contract! In this market, that’s pretty unbelievable. I had an amazing experience with Lawrence. He came recommended to be from a friend and after meeting him, I didn't even bother interviewing other agents. I am a first time home buyer and he was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. When I found a home I wanted to put an offer on, we found out that there were a few other offers on the home and Lawrence walked me through options to make my offer more appealing to the buyer without costing me more money. With his advice and guidance, my offer was accepted the first time! He was there every step of the way, including coming with me to sign my closing paperwork. I highly recommend Lawrence.

We were moving from out of state, so the process of buying a home seemed really overwhelming. We were not familiar with the area or exactly what the housing market would get us. We learned about Lawrence through a family member who used him when they purchased their home. He came highly recommended. We just want to say that he will continue to be highly recommended by us to anyone searching for a home in DMV area. Yes, he is extremely knowledgeable about the market and what you can get for your dollar. I would say that his willingness to go above and beyond to make a client feel comfortable through a crazy process like buying a home measures more. For example, Lawrence showed us this home and we were finishing up the walk through and we were talking about the likes/dislikes of the home and we sat down on the stairs/hallway to do this. Well, 45 minutes passed by and we ended up talking about life, family, things that are important to us. A small thing, but to be able to take time away from showing another house to getting to know your clients and also sharing about yourself, made the experience with Lawrence one we will never forget.
