•We used Skip to buy our current home and sell our previous home. Both processes were smooth even though there were some minor hiccups we had to work through. He deeply cares about the people he works with, and his work ethic shows as he is an extremely hard worker. Skip always displayed great professionalism and we could contact him at any time with any questions we had throughout this process.
AnnMarie’s expertise, persistence, attention to detail, and availability made selling our home a very positive experience. AnnMarie expertly guided us through the ‘what is the most appropriate list price for our home’ process; she was right on the mark. Another factor we considered important was that AnnMarie was always reachable; whether we phoned/texted, she responded within minutes. Finally, AnnMarie did whatever was necessary to further the sale which she demonstrated when she used her own funds in regard to a radon situation we had. One additional piece of information we would like to share is that AnnMarie is an expert stager. She did a terrific job in staging our home for sale. AnnMarie was always positive and a pleasure to work with during the entire sale process. We could not have asked for anyone better!! Apologies for the delay in getting this review to you.
