I sold a town home in Becks Woods. Dave would mail a 1/4ly report listing Becks Woods homes for sale, those under contract & those closed as well as a comment on the market in general. My home was a rental for the past 7 yrs while we resided in FL so not being in the area made Dave's 3 mo report a valuable tool to keep me in the know. Lisa Johannsen went above and beyond all selling points to find a buyer in the shortest period of time. Her staging of the indoor pool area was beyond belief. She was very helpful in all aspects of the sale and kept us informed of everything we should and shouldn’t do.
