Vicki is an awesome agent. She is engaged, motivated and loves what she does. She led us through the entire process with confidence, kept us informed and ensured we were comfortable with our decisions. I have recommended her to my family and dear friends.

Phenomenal experience start to finish! I can not imagine going through this process with anyone else. She has an eye for detail and truly had my best interests at heart. She always made herself available to me day and night if I had questions or any concerns. Maretia did not allow the market or seller take any advantages with me. She encouraged me when I got discouraged being outbid or not finding what I was really looking for in the area I wanted. She has even followed up with me since closing! She is truly as asset to Patterson Schwartz! I feel so fortunate and blessed to have had her work on my behalf to find my forever beautiful home! I have already recommended her to a friend and will continue to so! Kudos on a job so well done!!!

Marjorie has always been a friendly, outgoing, person that has helped with the sale of 4 homes in the past 5 years. She is a real pleasure to work with and is always willing to help in any way possible. Her communication is thorough as well as prompt. It was my pleasure to work with Marjorie and if there are any other upcoming real estate needs, she is the one I will call. Thank you, again!

Vicki was such a pleasure to work with. We knew we wanted to put our house on the market quickly and she did just that! Without her help and advice, I know we couldn't have done it without her! I would recommend Vicki to anyone who is looking for a reputable agent that will answer all your questions, has a shining personality and works harder then anyone I know.... I am so glad I can call her a friend.

We can't say enough great things about AnnMarie. She worked so hard to not only sell our house but to get us the one we bought. She never gave up and we love her.

Yuliana made our first time buying experience easy and fun. We came to her after another experience with a realtor that wasn't meeting our expectations and needs. Yuliana was always available to help us at every step of the way. Her advice was insightful and with her help we ended up getting a great house, quickly, no drama. The experience was exactly what we wanted. We loved her ability to make herself available and have time our questions and our work schedules.

Prior to our decision to list the house for sale, a friend of ours suggested that we meet with a Realtor that he highly recommended since we weren't sure which Realtor to choose. We knew that we wanted someone with a solid reputation, professionalism, marketing skills and enthusiasm. Vicky Feeney was all that and more! From our initial meeting with her we knew right away that she was that person. When we met with her you could tell just how much she loves her job and working for Patterson- Schwartz and....she has a great personality! The amount of time and effort she put into selling the house was evident and she kept us informed of everything every step of the way. Selling a house can be stressful but Vicki made sure it wasn't. She is amazing!!! Selecting her as the Realtor to sell our house was the best decision we made. Not only was she our Realtor, she is now a friend and we just love her!
