I have to say that this was the BEST experience that we have ever had selling a home (and we have moved a lot!) We met with 3 realtors and we just clicked with Yuliana. She really stood out to us because she listened to our needs and didn't come in with a preconceived plan that she wanted us to adhere to. She worked with our timeline and was not pushy at all. She gave great suggestions for staging our house and really explained the market and its current cycle. We signed with her and she had pictures taken of our home and had it listed quickly. Her marketing was phenomenal and drew buyers from all over the area. We had showings set up the very next day after our home hit the market. Our home sold in 1 day and we got full asking price. Yuliana was great walking us through the process and checking on us the whole time. She made the process seamless and even offered to help find movers. She made sure we were always kept informed about all that was going on and we knew we could trust her not to leave anything out. She even reached out and checked on us after our move to make sure there was nothing else we needed. She made the whole process super easy on us and I would not hesitate to use her again.
