She exceeded in doing a 1031 exchange - which was completely new to both of us

She exceeded in doing a 1031 exchange - which was completely new to both of us. Susan's pleasant disposition kept everything on track. She was always available for my phone calls or let me know she received it and would call back ASAP. Her consistent composure and knowledge of my selected product, as well as the builder, made the whole process more enjoyable. I worked as a real estate agent in the Dover office for 19 years.

They showed very good judgement regarding the selling price, the photo array for advertising, and staging. As offers came in they were helpful pointing out the pros and cons of each one. They also worked in the background to solve issues arising from the inspections and the appraisal. They handled buyer concerns very well.

They were very knowledgeable of the market and advised us and prepared us for the sale's of our two homes and the buying of our "Forever Home". I cannot say enough about these two ladies. The only way I would recommend Sue Hastings to others would be if they were searching for an agent whose real estate savvy was matched only by her personal and professional integrity and tireless energy and commitment to achieve her client's goals and objectives. ...and not just goals and objectives; Mrs. Hastings finds her joy in helping her clients find theirs. Her sense of customer service is rare in these days. She is accessible at all times, regardless whether it interrupts her personal plans. The energy and enthusiasm she brings to every aspect of the sale or purchase is amazing. Often that work ethic, that personal and professional commitment and focus, would translate into something that would financially benefit us, in every instance something I never would have thought of or seen or realized. This is a rare individual who has been a blessing to our family. Needless to say, I would recommend her to my dearest friends and family members, as well as anyone else I wanted to impress. And to be honest, there's something of a selfish motive in that, since there is no doubt in my mind that they would thank me for it. In truth, Sue Hastings has become more than a real estate agent to my wife and me; she is now a trusted friend.
