Marla was with us every step of the way when it came to selling our father's home. Since we are out of state, Marla was instrumental to getting people into the home to tour. Marla and Barry had several Open Houses throughout the time that the house was on the market. When we lowered the price, Marla help us consider other factors that would help us reach more potential buyers. This increased the number of showings immediately. When we had two offers, she helped us understand our options, which help us make our decision. Finally, when the buyer made a request for repairs to be made before settlement, Marla communicated with contractors to get all of the work done on time. She made sure all of the paperwork was completed ahead of closing, and answered any questions we had. We are so happy and grateful for the time and effort made by the Schechter team!
