I can not express enough the Real Estate knowledge and experience Pat has. She helped us through the process of selling our home of 22 years. Pat goes way above and beyond any other realtor I've known. She is definitely a problem solver, and because of that, the stress of selling was considerably less. I was very happy with the way Kerry handled the complete sale . She checked prior sales and advised me to ask more then we though we could get. She check the offers out and advised which one was best one .v She made the sale very easy for us. I would recommend her to anyone as she is very good in her job. The sale went very fast which made us very happy and she was on top of everything all the time.

Kerry is so easy to work with and is a no nonsense agent. She was very methodical in her approach and it made the process so smooth.
