Patricia Schiller is THE BEST!!

I can not express enough the Real Estate knowledge and experience Pat has. She helped us through the process of selling our home of 22 years. Pat goes way above and beyond any other realtor I've known. She is definitely a problem solver, and because of that, the stress of selling was considerably less. Pat was there all the way, from the late night calls (she ALWAYS answered) to the day of closing. She is the ONLY realtor I will call when we decide to purchase our next property. Great handling of the sale

I was very happy with the way Kerry handled the complete sale . She checked prior sales and advised me to ask more then we though we could get. She check the offers out and advised which one was best one .v She made the sale very easy for us. I would recommend her to anyone as she is very good in her job. The sale went very fast which made us very happy and she was on top of everything all the time.

The Best Agent!

Kerry was an absolute pleasure to work with. My wife and I had been searching years for our dream home and throughout the entire process Kerry was patient, attentive, available, and highly knowledgeable. A True Advocate For A First Time Home Buyer

Kerry was a joy to work with. She was always available to chat about our wishes or to see homes we were interested in. Kerry respected our wishes for a potential home and showed us homes within our budget. Kerry worked with the mortgage broker, attorneys, and seller's agent to coordinate and get closing done as seamlessly as possible. Being a first time homebuyer, my husband and I had many questions and Kerry was truly a wealth of knowledge. Kerry's patience and persistence allowed us to finally find our very first home and we are so grateful!
