My husband and I worked with Phillip Saadi while purchasing our condo in St. Petersburg this fall. He is an excellent agent, is knowledgeable of the area and extremely attentive He .was able to find us a fantastic condo that fit right in our price range and we were under contract in 24 hours. Phillip is an excellent communicator and negotiator and we were able to close within 2 weeks. As first time condo owners, and not yet fully retired, we had limited time and knowledge of the process. Phillip explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working through finance options and navigating HOA application. We are thankful that he was recommended to us and have recommended him to other family members and friends looking for retirement homes on the Gulf. My family and I were renting a home and abruptly were told the home was being sold and we needed to move out as quickly as possible. I had no idea where to begin with the process of buying my first home. My husband asked me to look at rocket mortgage which lead us directly to Phillip and I thank God that it did. He went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were in a good quality and safe home. We were buying a home at the time the market was booming and we were out bid numerous times but Phillip never gave up and never let us lose hope. Any hurdle we were met with, Phillip took care of it and offered us solutions to any problem we faced. The home he found for us was perfect, but the appraiser told him we needed to tear down a shed that was built in the back yard. It was a little under a hundred square feet and made with cinder blocks so was not an easy job. My husband and I told Phillip we would tear down ourselves because there was no availability that quickly to hire anyone to do it. Phillip came to the house every single day we were tearing that structure down and helped. He in no way was responsible for helping us, but Phillip is the kind of person who does that. He goes above and beyond the norm. I will recommend him to anyone I ever meet that is trying to buy a home. Start to finish, he held our hands thru the process and did so much extra work to get us into our perfect home.
