Educated me on the current economics for the area, showing comps. Reviewed my needs and put together a plan to meet them. When I required the services of a cleaner, landscaper, contractor she put me in touch with those people she knew would perform and they did. Was out of the state and someone needed access, Regina volunteered and got them in. It was complete concierge service. Done by a wonderful person.

I grew up in Richmond Hill and Regina's family is also from the are. We know the family, as most residents were familiar with family connections. My sister Mary Piderit had just sold her house using Regina's superb professional approach to selling houses. My mother's house was across the street and recently we had to put it on the market. I am one of 12 children and of course with any large family we had different ideas how to handle the sale. I had been so impressed on both Regina's knowledge of the neighborhood and her expertise on handling her client's needs that I knew she was the correct broker. She was very efficient on getting the comparable data on other homes not only sold in the neighborhood but the ones on the market. When we has questions on the market value of the homes she was able to address all our concerns. If we needed some issues to fix things on the house she had reliable workers. She was professional, knowledgeable and got the job done.
