I grew up in Richmond Hill and Regina's family is also from the are. We know the family, as most residents were familiar with family connections. My sister Mary Piderit had just sold her house using Regina's superb professional approach to selling houses. My mother's house was across the street and recently we had to put it on the market. Regina was excellent to work with. She went above and beyond. My sale was greatly impacted by the COVID pandemic and the eviction moratoriums. She stuck with me through almost 5 years of turmoil. Do not know what would have happened without her as I live in another State. She looked after the house throughout the pandemic, putting me in contact with workmen who could handle repairs as problems occurred and overseeing the work being done. She treated us like family.
