We moved to Orlando for a job a Lockheed Martin and were looking forward to a great big house on the water. Six months in a hotel looking and looking for a place within budget that was between the kids' school downtown and my work. Six months. The perfect place came on the market below value and a bidding war quickly rose the price beyond our budget. The deal fell through and before the house came back on the market Gary wrote the owners a letter. It basically explained that we loved the house and wanted to raise our family in it. We could offer the asking price but did not have the ability to go up at all. One offer, no counter, period. He explained that we would be able to accept and repair on our own just about any defects found during the inspection and that was the deciding factor. We've been here for over a year, all the little things are fixed and the jet ski lifts are full. Thank you for the patience and ingeniuty, Gary.

He goes above and beyond with everything he does actively supporting you through the entire purchase process. He maintained active coordination with seller agent, facilitated information flow with the title agent, coordinated registration with the homeowners association and provided all neighborhoods contacts and utility information.
